News from the Elves at Christmas Expo

If you attended Christmas Expo 2011 in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, we’re  pretty sure you were impressed. Being surrounded by all things Christmas in the middle of the summer is a dream come true for serious decorators. There’s no doubt about it - we’re serious decorators!

Think education classes of all types. Shopping so that you can see the latest/greatest with some really good deals. Live performance by a Grammy nominated artist. Even a visit from Santa. Then there was the opportunity to network and find out how the others do it. Whether a  home decorator or a pro making a living with Christmas, Christmas Expo  had everyone well covered.

Before the event was over, people were asking when and where  was the next Christmas Expo going to take place. Much to our surprise, all but two of the floor vendors wanted to sign up to participate in the next show without even knowing a date or  location  There was a constant stream of emails and phone calls  wanting details. Most seem quite disappointed that nothing has been  determined yet since they were already planning their summer vacations.
