Christmas Expo 2025 Update

It is with heartfelt regret that we announce that Christmas Expo, scheduled for July 17-19, 2025, is going to be postponed. A new date for 2026 will be announced in the coming weeks.

The 3-day xLights and LOR Intensives set for July 14-16, 2025, as well as xLights Sequencing now scheduled for July 17 have not been cancelled and will still be held as scheduled. Registration for these workshops will remain open.

Due to the ongoing up and down volatility with tariffs along with general consumer uncertainties, we feel we are unable to deliver the kind of event this year that everyone deserves. Unfortunately, we continue hearing from vendors of their difficulties in not only obtaining, but pricing products, and from many consumers who either can’t attend due to financial issues or plan to attend but note that they don’t have the funds to buy new products.

With that in mind, rather than move forward with a show that wouldn’t meet expectations for either vendors or attendees, we’re choosing to pause this year’s event and return next year in the hopes that the market will have stabilized and consumer confidence will be strong.

We know how disruptive this change may be to your plans, and please know this decision was not made lightly. However, continuing to push forward under current conditions would compromise the experience we aim to provide—and that’s not something we’re willing to do.
