If you’re attending Expo and staying at the Doubletree Hilton host hotel, you’re invited to transform your hotel room window into a festive masterpiece for a chance to win some great prizes. Whether it’s twinkling lights, a projected display, elegant wreaths, or whimsical snowflakes, let your creativity shine through!
Contest Details:

- Windows are 3-panel convex
- Height of windows from top to bottom is 9′
- Center panel is 36″ side to side
- Right panel is 22″ side to side
- Left panel is 22″ side to side
✨ Who Can Enter: All Expo guests staying at the Doubletree Hilton near the Galleria
during Christmas Expo, July 17-19, 2025
✨ How to Enter:
- Make your hotel reservation directly with the DoubleTree Hilton near the Galleria using the Christmas Expo code.
- Once your hotel reservation is made, register for the Contest using the form below.
- A decorating fee of $25/room is required to participate and must be paid when you register for the contest.
- Judging Criteria: Creativity, festive spirit, and overall visual impact.
- Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners as determined by the judges.
- FIRST Place: 2 nights at the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton near the Galleria AND the honor of designating a charity of their choice to donate the collected fees to.
- SECOND Place: 1 Gift Certificate for 2026 Christmas Expo.
- THIRD Place: 2 tickets to the Friday night dinner.
