Main Conference July 15-17, 2021

• Single day and Three Day Conference Passes include admission to the vendor hall, all conference classes and free events on the day(s) of your registration.

Pre-Conference Full-Day Workshops July 12-14, 2021

• Light-O-Rama Immersion 2 day training, July 13-14, 2021

• Spotlight on RGB 1 day training, July 12, 2021
• Pre-conference workshop registration does NOT include access to the main conference

Holiday Lighting Installer Business Workshop July 15-16, 2021

• Includes access to the 2-day Holiday Lighting Installer Business workshop, as well as the vendor hall on July 15-16, Thursday night reception and Friday night dinner.

Vendor Hall Only (no classes, no events)

• If you wish to only visit the vendor hall and not take any classes, the cost is $10/person/day. Vendor Hall tickets may be purchased on-site and are not available in advance.

Companion Passes

• Companion passes for spouses/family members of registered attendees for the Wednesday evening Regi-Ception, Thursday evening Welcome Reception, and/or Friday poolside dinner are available. Please contact us for more information.

• Refunds:  If we are unable to host the 2021 Christmas Expo in Las Vegas, the option will be given for a full refund or a roll-over the registration to the next scheduled event date. A refund or roll-over will also be provided if your area, state, or country imposes travel restrictions. For unique situations, please feel free to contact us.
• We are required to follow CDC, local, state or federal guidelines, as well as any rules imposed by the Tuscany Suites. Las Vegas has lifted the mask requirement for vaccinated individuals, with certain exceptions (Las Vegas government info | Misc. Locations | Visit Las Vegas info) but suggest checking in with any location you may wish to visit for additional info. We ask that attendees keep the safety of themselves and other attendees in mind.
